Graduate of an international program in book conservation resulting in knowledge of the materials, concepts, and techniques of conservation ethics, treatments, and documentation, as well as preservation methodology. Knowledge of historic bindings and materials. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand skills. Hand skills and solid work ethic built through years of self-employment in bookbinding and restoration work. Volunteering at archives, universities, libraries, and with private collectors for advancing knowledge and skill sets in institutional settings.
